Overview

Specifically designed for energy industry field work, the E&P Mobile application drives productivity gains and operations efficiency for E&P companies. It leverages GIS, touch-screen and offline functionality, as well as a rules-based architecture to enforce safety, operating and maintenance procedures across all field activities.

Audience

Audience

The E&P Mobile application is specifically designed for field workers, including pumpers, gaugers, production hands, drilling supervisors and safety managers. In addition to increasing individual productivity and performance, the E&P Mobile application provides value to the entire organization through the collection and delivery of timely field information to the corporate offices via its powerful sync feature.

Capabilities

Capabilities

“Office” applications (spreadsheets and the like) were not designed for field-based workers. The E&P Mobile application is different. Its advanced interface is custom-designed for field work. The user interface provides oversized, touch-screen buttons, integrated schematics and reference materials, GPS mapping, and on and offline capabilities with auto-sync. Most importantly, it’s specifically designed to help field workers get the job done safely and according to company procedure every time.

Devices

Devices

The E&P Mobile application runs on a variety of devices, including laptops, tablets, netbooks and smart phones. Additionally, our partnership with ruggedized computer manufacturer, Getac, allows Enbase to provide a turnkey mobile solution that includes all of the hardware, software and connectivity in a single, on-demand package.

Integration

Integration

In addition to its native functionality, the E&P Mobile application can serve as a single field service user interface for all of your existing systems. Field workers will not need to learn multiple software systems but instead can use a single, field-specific application to seamlessly interact with corporate systems. And, of course, the Enbase E&P Mobile application integrates fully with all of the other Enbase applications, including the Enbase E&P Dashboard and Asset Control Panel.

Types of Jobs

Types of Jobs

The E&P Mobile application is ready to automate all of your E&P field activities. Work may be scheduled or unscheduled, dispatched or non-dispatched. E&P Mobile job tickets contain a simple, step-by-step approach to get each job done safely and correctly, with intuitive data capture along the way. The E&P Mobile application then automatically synchronizes with your corporate systems (and the Enbase E&P Dashboard) to ensure the entire organization benefits from the information collected.

Technical Info

Technical Information

The Enbase E&P Mobile application is an advanced, energy-specific application built on a reliable Microsoft architecture. It leverages HTML5 and Javascript for the client-side interface and a SQL Server Lite database to support its full, offline capabilities. Additionally, the E&P Mobile application uses a powerful sync framework to reconnect when a wired or wireless connection is available (including by air card) in order to synchronize with the server component and other systems. The server component is built using Windows IIS and SQL Server 2008. Integration with corporate systems is accomplished by the Enbase ETL component.

Pricing

Pricing

The Enbase E&P Mobile application is priced to deliver an immediate return on investment. Unlike some software companies that sell the same application across multiple industries, we focus our engineering time and attention on energy alone – thus keeping the cost down and the functionality high.
